The Poetry Box publishes two themed anthologies each year and they are currently accepting submissions for their cannabis themed issue, which will be released on April 20 (yup, that’s 4/20 on purpose :).)
“Doobie or Not Doobie? That seems to be one of the questions facing America and other countries across the globe, as each one examines the use and regulation of Medical and/or Recreational Marijuana. And since poetry has always been a great vehicle for bringing controversial issues to light, we thought this would be a fun topic for The Poeming Pigeon.”

It's not stated if the submission should be as an attachment or in the body of the mail.
In their submission guidelines it states “If submitting poetry, please combine all poems or into one file. (.doc, .docx, and .rtf are fine, but NO PDFs please)”
