Call for chapbooks & manuscripts – ELJ Publications, DEADLINE: April 1, 2016

ELJ Publications believes “publishing a book should be an interactive and personalized experience.” You can read more about ELJ Publications and their editors, on their Masthead page.

ELJ is currently reading chapbook, full-length, and novel length manuscripts for both poetry and prose. Read there submission guidelines carefully and browse their many current titles in their ELJ BookNook store.

DEADLINE: April 1, 2016

PAYMENT: 10% royalties, 10 copies, deep discounts on additional author copies for readings, book signings, and consignment


TIP: These are some of the lowest reading fees I’ve seen for a press.

  • $2 Chapbook (21 to 47 Poems)/Prose (Up to 15,000 Words)
  • $5 Full-Length/Prose (15,001-40,000 Words)
  • $8 Novels (40,001 – 90,000 Words)

FORMS:  Poetry and Prose

NOTES: ELJ completes all interior formatting and cover design.
