Call for Submissions

My Alice in Wonderland found poem “Strange Verses” published in NonBinary Review #10 + PAYING submission calls!

nbr10mandemlandscape_grande2I am honored to have my found poem “Strange Verses” published in issue #10 of NonBinary Review, the literary journal of Zoetic Press. NonBinary Review’s themed issues are fantastic and this one is no exception, with fiction, nonfiction, poetry and art from over 40 authors and artists inspired by Lewis Carroll’s stories about Alice. Issue #10, with all its Alice fantasticness, is available to download for only $1.99.

It’s always incredible to have a found poem published by a literary journal who appreciates the process of creating found poetry, so I’m just as excited to see it as the weekly feature in their online edition Alphanumeric!

You can read my poem “Strange Verses” here.

You can see the first seven issues of NonBinary Review online for free. For issue 8 and beyond, you can purchase full issues from the Zoetic Press website (where they’re available in pdf, epub, and Kindle versions) or on Amazon.

The best news is, not only is NonBinary Review a paying market, but they have a few more projects lined up for the near future and submissions are open! Upcoming themes include: Anne of Green Gables and Edgar Allen Poe.

Zoetic Press is also calling for submissions for their next anthology with an In Memoriam theme for celebrities lost in the last year.
