Brain Mill Press is a small, independent publisher of 10-15 titles a year in fiction, memoir, and poetry, with a strong interest in promoting the voices of women, writers of color, and LGBTQIA+ writers. They run an open call for poetry chapbooks on odd years and full-length poetry manuscripts on even years. They work hard to promote their authors and those selected receive an honorarium as well as royalties. Their books are professionally produced. You can check out their variety of titles with gorgeous original artwork at their online store.
"For 2017, Mineral Point Poetry Series editor and poet Kiki Petrosino will choose 1-4 chapbooks for digital and print publication in the series. There is no theme for this reading period."
