Below is a list of no fee opportunities for high school age poets and writers. Read the guidelines carefully. Some may have changed whether or not they charge submission fees since I compiled the list. Some may be temporarily closed to submissions.

FORMAT: Online and print publication
SUBMISSION FEE: None
PAYMENT: Contributors will receive a complimentary copy of the issue in which they are published; extra copies can be purchased at a discounted price.
FORMS: poetry, literary nonfiction, fiction
Stoneboat Literary Journal
FORMAT: Print publication
SUBMISSION FEE: None (gratuity submissions year-round)
PAYMENT: one complimentary contributor copy and will have the opportunity to purchase additional copies at a reduced rate
