  1. I’m a bit confused about Split Lip. Here it says there are no submission fees during Jan, Mar, May, Sept, Nov. But on their website it says there’s no fee during Dec, Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct. Are there only fees in July and December, or has there been a mistake?
